I aim to create my main project using paint and photography as my mediums. This is because I haven't had time to focusing fully on these techniques for a while and wish to develop my practice.
I shall start my project by looking at human body parts as I hope to incorporate them into a landscape of sorts. My initial research shall be taking photos of imperfections, ' party tricks', folds of the skin, fingernails, hair and ears. How I wish to experiment with these photos shall be determined after I have taken them. I do want to look at the artists: John Coplans, Bill Brant, Jenny Saville, Francis Bacon and Ray Spence, but this research shall occur a few weeks into the project.
